I’ve been running over to Riverdale Park<\/a> and doing speedwork on the track there. I’m really enjoying running outdoors (in the past, most of my running<\/a> has been indoors on the track at UofT<\/a>). My route to Riverdale Park and back includes hills and stairs as well as nice trees and Cabbagetown<\/a> houses to look at.<\/p>\n

It’s been a good<\/a> week: I’m surprised to have seen such gains in just the first week! Hopefully it’s not just “beginner’s luck<\/a>.”<\/p>\n
