I’ve been running over to Riverdale Park and doing speedwork on the track there. I’m really enjoying running outdoors (in the past, most of my running has been indoors on the track at UofT). My route to Riverdale Park and back includes hills and stairs as well as nice trees and Cabbagetown houses to look at.

It’s been a good week: I’m surprised to have seen such gains in just the first week! Hopefully it’s not just “beginner’s luck.”
